Below you will find some basic, as well as some more advanced, troubleshooting steps which can be used to help with connection and network issues.
Basic Troubleshooting:
1. Move your router closer to the device you are using to play Meet Your Maker. Depending on how far away your router is, it may be more difficult for it to create a connection with your device.
2. If you are using a wireless connection, try using a wired connection as this is typically more stable.
3. Perform a speed test via Speedtest.net to ensure that your internet meets the requirements to properly launch and play Meet Your Maker.
4. Close all other applications when launching Meet Your Maker to free up resources.
5. Attempt to run Meet Your Maker as an Administrator, as well as trying to launch it directly from your platform's library, and not through a desktop or taskbar shortcut.
6. Contact your ISP to verify whether you are getting the correct upload/download speeds.
