I'm having trouble launching/installing Meet Your Maker (PlayStation 4&5)

 If you are having trouble launching Meet Your Maker, we have some troubleshooting steps for you to try.

For PlayStation 4:

1. Check the PSN status page for any potential outages

If there are any alerts with the service, this may cause issues with downloading and launching Meet Your Maker. The PSN status page can be accessed here.

2. Ensure that you are signed into the correct PSN account. 

To download the game, you will need to use the same account that purchased the game.

3. Ensure that you have enough storage space for Meet Your Maker.

To find the required storage space for Meet Your Maker, navigate to the PlayStation Store on your console, select Meet Your Maker and scroll down to Details. You will see the minimum free space on the right-hand side of the screen.

To see the available storage space on your PlayStation 4, go to Settings > Storage

4. Ensure that your system software is updated

Go to Settings > System Software Update and Settings.

5. Restore your licenses

  1. Go to Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses
  2. Select Restore

6. Power cycle your PlayStation 4

  1. Completely turn off the console by holding the power button.
  2. Wait for the power light to stop flashing, then remove the power cable and leave the console for 20 minutes.
  3. Reconnect and turn on the power button on your PlayStation 4

7. If you are still unable to launch Meet Your Maker after following the steps above, please uninstall the game and then re-install on your PlayStation 4.

 

For PlayStation 5:

1. Check the PSN status page for any potential outages

If there are any alerts with the service, this may cause issues with downloading and launching Meet Your Maker. The PSN status page can be accessed here.

2. Ensure that you are signed into the correct account.
